PLAN OF THE DAY FRIDAY- OCTOBER 18, 2019

MORNING:
  • FSMAA GOLF OUTING:  Run by FSMAA and Ship Tours all weekend.  See Homecoming Website at: 
    http://www.sunymaritime.edu/homecoming and click on Reunion Classes for all things homecoming.
  • Check-in at Renaissance Hotel      
AFTERNOON/EVENING:
  • Dinner on your own
  • Check out the KyKuit-Lynhurst Hospitality Room, our headquarters for a dose of Camaraderie and BS (CBS)
    
***The school has suggested that anyone arriving early for the weekend may want to tour the school on Friday when things are quiet.

PLAN OF THE DAY SATURDAY- OCTOBER 19, 2019

MORNING:
  • Breakfast for all at 0900 will be in a classroom just *past *the library towards the Museum.
  • Muster in the Inner Gorge at 1000 for photos and Marching In at 1030
  • 50th Reunion Class leads March to Ceremonies 
  • Uniform of the day: Blue Blazers, Tie and Tan Pants
  • 1200 Lunch: Venue of your choice (see document below)
  • Rest of Saturday afternoon on your own
AFTERNOON/EVENING:
  • There will be an Alumni Board Meeting at 1200 in the special events room at Vanderclute Hall by the mess deck. All are invited. It should now be included on the Homecoming website. Questions?  Call Asheley Charles at 347-842-1691
  • Class of '64 Cocktail Party in the Hudson Room@ Westchester Renaissance Hotel- 1800 hours- Cash Bar
  • Class of '64 Banquet @ Westchester Renaissance Hotel- Harrison Ballroom @ 1900 hours- 2300 Cash Bar (Cost per Person $175/ Couple $350 (Includes Hors d'Oeuvres, Dinner, Complimentary Soft Drinks.
  • 2300-? CBS (Camaraderie & BS) in the Hive Lounge or Hospitality Room

MORNING:
  • Mass with Father Jim at 0800 in the KyKuyit-Lynhurst Hospitality Room
  • 0900 Breakfast in Hive Lounge
  • 1200 Departure...see you all at our 60th Anniversary!
